Budget Setting 2020-21

The Management Committee of Gardeen Housing Agree agrees a budget for 2020-21 to help plan for the business needs of the Association. This is a challenging exercise as we have to look at all the costs and income. We want to provide a reliable, local service and offer a fair affordable rent.

This has been a challenge for the Management Committee as we are facing increasing costs, Universal Credit, cuts to Council services and financial uncertainties, including Brexit. We will finalise the Budget in February 2020. If you would like a copy of the document then please contact the office.
