Gardeen Housing Association: Annual General Meeting 2026
Gardeen Housing Association held its 37th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 16 September 2026. This was held in Barlanark Out of School Care premises.
25 members were welcomed to the meeting, representing 37% of the membership. The annual accounts for 2025-2026 were presented by CT Audit Limited and approved. Members were updated on the performance of the Association including the planned maintenance programme, new staff member and Cyber Essentials accreditation.
Members were asked to provide feedback on being involved in reviewing the Allocation Policy and what factors might affect their ability or influence their decision to join the Management Committee.
Members were encouraged to be involved in the Association and reminded about the welfare rights service and energy advice service.
